Xin Hua V4 is an update of the original V3 created for the V4 editor by Gynoid Co., Ltd.
At 80 bpm, this voice is no longer as suitable for handling slow songs as the V3 (60 bpm), which means it can no longer cover the same genres of music as before.
The voice includes GWL.
Apart from the tempo and the GWL, the voice is the same as V3.
Includes a folder with 10 breaths.
His voice provider is Taiwanese voice acting trainee Wenyi Wang.
